These are the Terms and Conditions of Use that apply to this website.

User Uploaded Content

By uploading a file or other content or by making a comment, you represent and warrant to us that (1) doing so does not violate or infringe anyone else’s rights and safety; and (2) you created the file or other content you are uploading, or otherwise have sufficient intellectual property rights to upload the material consistent with these terms. With regard to any file or content you upload to the public portions of our sites, you grant DomaxApps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable worldwide license to use and to display online and in DomaxApps websites. To the extent that you delete any such file or content from the public portions of our sites, the license you grant to DomaxApps pursuant to the preceding sentence will automatically terminate.

DomaxApps provides 2 levels of privacy for uploaded photos. Private photos are not searchable within DomaxApps, and can’t be viewed by anyone other than the user who uploaded the photo/album. Each image is still accessible via its own URL. Public photos/albums will be publicly viewable if featured by our editors and may be indexed by search engines. Whether public or private, you can delete your uploaded photos or albums and all information will be removed permanently from our database. You can also inform us if you want us to delete some photos for you.
